Mark has had a lifelong interest in bricks and mortar – his father was an architect and his brother is a property developer.
Mark and his team take pride in providing a clear and extremely competitive fee structure and going the extra mile for their clients as a matter of course: “If we’re able to deal with something, we will,” he says.

Out of work, Mark is one of only three English International Roller Hockey Referees. He has previously refereed at the World Championships in Uruguay.
Accounts and Client Liaison
If you phone our Faversham office, you will probably speak to Jamie, one of William Property Management’s dedicated managers. Joining as an apprentice in 2013, Jamie quickly learned the vital skills for the job and is now in charge of the accounts department and plays a major role in lettings management and tenant liaison. During his time with William Property Management he has gained a reputation for providing a personal and helpful service. “If I can’t help, I’ll ask for 10 minutes and then call back with the answer. Your property is your home, and I want to ensure our clients are happy in their homes.”
Outside work Jamie has a range of interests, and often has many projects on the go at once. He enjoys running around on squash courts and football fields and is also a qualified level 1 archery coach. Jamie is always trying to push himself, but never lets that distract him from a personal and helpful service.
